Can’t get wet

So lately when me and my boyfriend have sex I like can’t get wet and it’s not enjoyable. I used to be dripping if he even looked at me. I still find him attractive but i can’t seem to figure out why this happens. It’s very frustrating when we are in the middle of sex and I start drying out. I am really young still. I am also on the NuvaRing which i thought maybe that was It but i took It out for like 2 weeks and nothing happened😕 If you guys can help, that would be appreciated!
