Should I be offended?

My baby and I have been together for 6 years and he’s been working full time at a company for a year and this sat is his Christmas party at his work and I’ve never been to anything except once. Should i be offended if he doesn’t invite me to go if he can bring a date? Honestly he said he’d ask tomorrow if he can bring someone but like, why wouldn’t he be able to bring someone you know? I honestly feel like he doesn’t want me to.

Maybe he's telling people at work that he isn't with you. That's what would come to my mind.

Personally I'd be offended, but I think work Christmas Parties are awful so I wouldn't be upset over it. But if it upsets you or offends you, talk to him about it! Maybe even he doesn't want to go but just wants to be polite and doesn't bring you because they're not any fun. But you should definitely bring this up to him and talk about it!
