So I have been doing some reading about Vitex. I have also seen some posts about it in this group. I’d like to get more info from those who have used it. I am currently on letrozole (same purpose as clomid) and have asked my fertility doctor about taking vitex along with it. They are skeptical of herbal supplements but say that it probably wouldn’t hurt but also not sure if it would help either. AF is due next week (hoping not!). If so I will be moving to shots along with the medication.
