sex after pelvic rest

so I'm 14 weeks pregnant with our 2nd child and its a boy this time. around week 8, I had a subchorionic hemorrhage (bleeding) and was put on pelvic rest (no penetration of any kind) for 2 weeks. this time frame has come and gone and my husband is too scared to be intimate. he is afraid he will do something to hurt or lose the baby since we had the bleeding early on. I even called the clinic and asked if it was ok to have sex. they said it was fine but to call & report any bleeding if it occurs. well...that didnt settle well with him. I am a raging whirlwind of hormones & emotions. anytime he turns me down, I reflect on my body image and I cry even if its not the case. I feel 100% fine about the pregnancy & don't see any risk with having sex. but I CAN NOT get him to be on board with being intimate with me. I've tried and tried and tried. I'm out of ideas. anyone else have any ideas?
