Ladies with moustaches

My sister is 20 with light skin and dark hair, i noticed the other day she has dark hair above her lip. I don’t know if I should tell her or not, I would want to know but I don’t want to hurt her feelings, but I don’t think she’s noticed it either. Any ideas?
