Scared for tomorrow

I go in tomorrow for an ultrasound and check up to make sure that the baby is growing and to try and hear the heart beat. But I am truly scared. I haven’t had any back pain, spotting, or cramping but I’m still scared that we will lose this one as well. I’ve already lost 4 babies, is this going to be my 5th or will our rainbow baby stay with us? 🤞

Supposedly I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow as per the nurse said but on here it says I’m 7 weeks and 2 days. So confusing lol
