Moms waking up hungry?

Do any of you didn't that you are starving right along with your LO when you wake up to feed them in the middle of the night? My stomach grumbles and I feel so hungry!! I am assuming this has to do with breastfeeding. It's the craziest thing ever!

Its because you are breast feeding. We require an extra 500 calories a day. We are still eating for 2 literally.

Yes!! Always so hungry and I'm trying to eat healthy but it's expensive having to buy all these fruits and vegetables because I'm eating so much 😂

Yes! I keep nuts and granola bars beside my bed! I'm often dehydrated as well!  So I keep a huge bottle of water there too!

I keep oatmeal bars next to where I nurse Bc I get so hungry. Easy go to snack.

Yes definitely! It's so frustrating because while I usually have snacks next to the sofa during the day there isn't anything there at night and I'm stuck!
