Random Abdominal Pains

Hi ladies, I have been having pain in my abdominal region. It just feel like a weight is sitting there. I have no clue what this could be. pregnancy is out of the equation, trust me. I was wondering if any of you ladies have had this same issue. It also makes my butthole hurt (I know, weird) but I need to know if this is something I need to seriously worry about. This has happened once before, but it went away after a few hours. I’ve had this pain ALL day.
