help?
I am on my second month of no birth control. the first month it took me 32 days to get af. now I'm on day 30 & I'm spotting but it's really barely anything at all. I had killer cramps yesterday so I defintely thought af would've been here, but no..just spotting all day. Is there some way that i may have ovulated late and this could be implantation bleeding since I'm still a little messed up from bc?
