First time pregnant

Hello all!

According to the app I am 5 weeks 4 days. I had a confirmation of pregnancy appointment last Wednesday and it was positive. So far not too many symptoms. I could say I have been fatigued and hungrier, but that about it. Well yesterday evening I started spotting. It was like a light pink a very light. Woke up this morning and there is more. Not full blood yet, still pink but now a am crampy. Not the worst cramps, just like normal period cramps. I am trying to keep calm, but still very worried something might be wrong. What is everyone else's experiences?
