Positive FFN test 😕 @30 weeks

Went in to see my OB today last min for some cramping in lower abdomen and pressure. Normally wouldn't be a concern but I'm high risk since IV had cervical cancer and had half my cervix removed this past February. Well he decided to do a fetal fibronectin test. Apparently if it's positive you are to go into labor in next 2 weeks...... 😕 also he did a pelvic exam my cervix is closed. Ultrasound did show that my cervix has though shortened from 3.5cm to 2.4cm said it should be ok as long as the FFN test comes back negative. Well it didn't. Now I'm freaking out and can't find my place..... anyone with a positive FFN test and had a good out come???? Guess I just need some positive stories.....
