What is the average or normal amount of weight to gain during pregnancy? With my first I was over weight and didn't gain much at all until the end of pregnancy when it was mostly water weight and all baby. Maybe 20? This time around I am at s normal
Weight and do not want to put it all back on I am 5'3 and weight 148 I am wondering how much I should expect for a healthy weight for my baby.
