So maybe this is tmi but i’m genuinely curious and kinda concerned. i just got an iud inserted around a month ago! and have only had sex 2 times, and both times it’s hurt like hell, not like the whole time. so this is why i’m concerned. Is it just because the guy was HUGE 🙈 and my body is just getting used to it, OR is the iud messed up?!

I have the same issue. Ive had mine for about 10 months now, and every time i do, i start cramping right after and certain positions are nearly impossible because of the pain.

I had to switch from Mirena to a smaller iud (Skyla) because it hurt to have sex with my Husband. I could feel him jamming into it until I got the smaller one. It still hurts depending on the position but it’s no where as bad as with Mirena.
