How do I know it’s in???
Hello ladies, I just very recently got myself a Diva Cup! I’m still trying and getting used to it, I’m learning about different folding techniques and such, but I’m struggling to know when it’s in properly?
I very faintly leak, but I don’t know if that’s just from putting it in and not actually a leak. I do a few squats after putting it in to make sure it sort of moves into the right position but I just don’t know what i should look for!
It says that it’s in properly when you can twist it around, but I’m not sure my anatomy is letting me twist it? I tried but it’s kind of stuck and won’t let me move it around except for in/out movements.
