Ovarian cyst while pregnant 😔

Hello everyone ! A week ago I had my third ultrasound in one and a half month because I have two cysts in both my ovaries and I am 9 weeks pregnant .. the doctor said everything is okay and I dont need a surgery but Im kinda worried .. anyone has been in the same situation ?

Baby’s heartbeat was 169 bpm .. what can you tell me about Ramzi theory ? Boy or girl ? M kinda confused ..🤔
