So at my work they are very strict on break time. I work at a call center and get 15 minutes a day when I can be off of the phone. I thought okay since I need to pee every hour I just won't use it all at once and I'll just use it for bathroom breaks.

I NEVER go over on the time, but yesterday my supervisor told me I'm not allowed to do that unless I call work force management and tell them EVERY TIME.

She said I have to take my 15 all at once at the scheduled time.

I have to pee every hour on the hour. I can't help it.

So I told her and I had to tell HR so I can hopefully get approval to use the medical code.

And of course this made me cry because hormones.
