Does blood type effect your chances of conception?

So I'm just curious here, my Husband is O- and I'm O+. Would any of that matter in TTC?

my moms an A+ and her parents were B+ and O+ im not sure how that worked (i think my grandma cheated but thats just me) and my dads an O-  and hus parents were O- and AB+ soooo.... i dont think blood type has anything to do with it but how ever i think ill ask the doctor when i go in to see her now just to make sure
