Was on vacation and had a little spotting and nearly all my symptoms dissapear.  I went in for an early ultrasound this morning just to see if there's any issue. There was two sacks - one with a yolk, one without. The one was measuring exactly where I'm at currently 5 weeks, 6 days, the second empty sack was measuring smaller at 5 weeks, 3 days. No heartbeats yet. It could be a case of a vanishing twin? I'll go back in a week for another ultrasound.
