Seeking Advice

I’m TTC for bout 3 months now and I’m getting discouraged... this app has been on time with my period for 6 months now.... I tested twice yesterday and thought I seen a VVFL on the first one and then the second one was def negative.. I’m 7 days late as well.. today is the first day I’ve had ANY cramping and it’s not constant... what do y’all think!?
