help me pls lol

Hi everyone I'm new to this so bear with me. I broke up with the ex 6 months ago, we bd on the 9th August and again on the 11th Dec. I had a laparoscopy on by he 5th Sept that said my tubes were slightly blocked after a dye test. After the bd on the 11th Dec I started to spot and have cramps now today I have slight spotting and pressure in my lower abdomen. My cycle is 28 days and lmp was the 1st-4th Dec I had pink spots on the 7th and stabbing pains in my right side now I don't know if I have a chance I could be pregnant or if I've got something seriously wrong. I going to the docs on Monday but just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and did they get a Bfp?
