Zero Sperm count, don't know what to do
We just found out my husband has zero sperm count, and we've been ttc for 2 years. I'm heartbroken, he's heartbroken, and we feel paralyzed. I don't know if anyone has been able to conceive after a diagnosis like this without donor sperm or getting viable sperm through testicular surgery if even possible. I just don't know if it's worth it when there are children who need homes.
