28 weeks & on bed rest

I’m 28 weeks today! Last Thursday at exactly 27 weeks my blood pressure was 190/110. They admitted me into labor & delivery to be monitored. We ended up staying 2 nights and 3 days. I started to having 2-3 minute contractions so they gave me a shot to stop them. Thankfully the shot worked. They ended up putting me on blood pressure medicine. We had to go back in Tuesday & my blood pressure was still high. We stayed for 6 hours Tuesday but lucky didn’t have to stay the night. The doctor said I have mild preeclampsia. Therefore I am now on bed rest. I am also 17 & pregnant. It’s really hard on me to just sit here all day & not do anything. I do work on school work but that gets boring. Anyone have any tips on bed rest?
