So confused.

I was told I was having a miscarriage Monday night. I went in Wednesday to have my labs drawn to make sure my levels were dropping and I call my nurse at the doctors because I started having massive clots and bleeding heavily and they told me my levels went up from 951 to 1078. They asked if I was checked for an ectopic and I said yes and they said I wasn’t having one. I cried and cried for 3 days straight and now I don’t even know what to think.
