Ladies I️ need heelllpppp! Weird period smell

So. I’m posting this anon because it’s embarrassing.

I’ve used cloth pads for a while, but for the past couple months when I️ wear them for long periods of time (like when I️ sleep) I️ notice a really strong AMMONIA smell. What the heck is up with that? Has anyone had this problem? I don’t know what to do. It’s embarrassing.
