Am I pregnant? SOS!

Question

I had intercourse on my fertility week, since then I have had every pregnancy symptom out there, I took a first response test, and it came out negative, not to long after I started what I think is my period, but you can vaginal bleed during pregnancy, and it’s been a heavy bleeding, a lot more blood than I get on my actual period. Pls help

it's probably just a heavy period. you usually only bleed in early pregnancy lightly and if it's heavy it's most likely a period. sometimes when can have a chemical pregnancy early on as well but there's not really much that can be done about that. but considering your test came out negative it's probably just a heavy period
