Waiting for it to feel real

I’m 10 wks and I just can’t help having this feeling like it’s just not gonna happen. This is my second pregnancy after an ectopic earlier this year. I just can’t help but feel scared but also kinda numb. I look into the new year and part of me just can’t help but feel like “well of course somethings gonna happen” “there won’t be a baby this time next year” “I’m not going to start showing ever”

Any other mamas out there feeling like this. Like it will never actually be real??
