Stay or go?

I'm 39, my BF and I have been together for 2.5 years. He is 32. He has met my entire family, all my friends, etc. I have met his mom once and his aunt and cousin once. A year in I met two of his friends, he introduced me as his co-worker. None since then. He hasn't told me he loves me. Over the summer we talked about it, he said he isn't there yet. But he does want to have a baby. He swears up and down he does but he won't refrain from masturbating when I'm fertile so I'm sure he's depleted. We are supposed to go to a wedding this weekend. He's known for months but now his mom is visiting the same day. When he told me she wanted to visit I told him we had the wedding but he went and told his mom to come. Today I asked what he was going to do and he got pissy about it. It's his own fault. I told him I'll be irritated if he doesn't come with me because he said he'd go months ago. And he will spend Christmas through New Years at his mom's house. I think I'm ready to break up with him. I just don't want to be alone and I'm running out of time to have kids.
