i need your help!!
for the past few weeks I have been Experiencing cramps, nausea, Dhiarhia, light head, hungry, heart burn, burping, hiccups, and now as of today I am spotting Lightly but my period is not sure for another 7 days. are any of these signs of pregnancy?
