How to control the eating habits ?
I’m currently almost 300lbs, i got pregnant and i did lose weight during the pregnancy because working double shift and night shifts I’ll just come home and go to sleep... well i had the baby ( he was born at 37 weeks weighing 5lbs and healthy to go home) well during those month i lost 30lbs+.
( was eating Chex mix and grapes that’s it)
It’s not that i was tired or anything i just
wasn’t eating because i totally lost my appetite for 2 months, well 3 months comes around and i just start eating out of no where more and more to a point i was 272+ and I’m just so hungry everyday all day, I’ve tried multiple times to stop and go on a diet but I’ll just keep telling myself next Monday, it’s like all i want is burgers, fries and fried chicken sandwich’s I used to be a junk eater but for some reason i just want burgers and more burgers no junk.
I’m usually good at losing weight and getting back into my old clothes but now i feel like i can’t control it... i use to wear a size 16–18 now i can’t even wear a size 20, I’ve just been buying and wearing leggings because nothing i have fits and i refuse to buy a size higher than a 20.
This is 2016 i was never skinny but i was okay with this size.
This was a week ago, and I’ve gained a lot and i just want to lose 100lbs for him and myself.
Can someone give me any ideas on how to lose weight or maybe i have a problem ?
