Spotting? Bleeding? Period?

I took an ovulation test and had a faint line, assuming I had or was about to ovulate, and we had sex earlier that day. A day later it appeared that I had gotten my period (almost 2 weeks early). It lasted 3 days and was pretty light bleeding.

I’m just confused because in the 20 some years that I’ve had my period, I’ve never had spotting. Could it have been spotting? Is it ovulation bleeding? Implantation bleeding? Is it possible I could be pregnant? Is it a super early period? Will Rocky make it back in time to save Bullwinkle?!!! So many questions!! So confusing!!
