Ladies!

I'm now 5 days late. Not pregnant. But I feel like I'm about to start. But right before I actually start "bleeding" (red blood) I will spot for a few days before and I haven't even started spotting yet. But I do have an increased amount of a watery white discharge (that sometimes has a sour smell) I also have a small cyst on both ovaries (which I haven't seen a gyno in a few years). I have also been experiencing terrible acid reflux 😷What could be the issue? Also I've been a little stressed due to finals this week.
