Hungry but not hungry 😩

So I'm 5 weeks 1 day and the nausea is really kicking in today :( I've had it off and on from when I found out at about 2-3 weeks but today is the first time I've thrown up. Now I'm hungry and I want food but at the same time I just don't want to eat. Anyone else feel this way?
