Is it still too early?

I had unprotected sex the 28th of Nov, and few days later ( a week maybe) I have been having slight cramping on the left side of my uterus, I only get this pain during ovulation and doesn’t last this long, I have never had this type of cramping as an indicator of my period coming either. I also masturbated it was this brown milky discharge. I have taken pregnancy test and they all came out negative.

Am I still testing too early?
