If you have a normal cycle with normal ovulation then yes. I found out from using OPK that I ovulate CD11 when glow was predicting it as CD 14-16

Depends. You should track your ovulation to be accurate. I ovulated day 17 which was out of my glow fertile week. If I didn’t track i wouldn’t have known.
