Menstrual cup or no?

I read a lot about menstrual cup lately and I'm planning to use one soon. I just love the idea of zero waste! But I'm the kind of person that cannot get down and dirty during my period cuz it hurt so much to put anything inside. Will using menstrual cup hurts too then? Please help.

I’ve been using one for years! It’s life changing! Tampons were always extremely uncomfortable for me, but I literally cannot feel my cup. It’s shortened my period, eased cramps, is SO much cleaner, and most importantly ITS COMFORTABLE! it’s so worth it! I loooove my diva cup!

hi! I've been using the cup for about 2-3 months now. tampons don't hurt for me unless they're too far inside--if that's why they hurt for you, you won't have the same problem! the cup sits really low in your vagina, so it really can't have the same pain. however, my cup hurts a little coming out, and putting it in is tricky. If you have the extra cash, I'd recommend buying one to try (get the smaller size unless you've had a baby) but keep your pads handy (they're also good because if you don't put it in right, you'll leak). good luck!
