menstrual cups tips and tricks?

Hi! I’m new to using the diva cup. It seems that I some how always end up leaking. Do any of y’all have any tips and tricks on how to properly insert so I can stop the leakage

I love my cup and only once or twice have had leaks.  I think it depends how far you get it up and to make sure it's open once in.  or the size may not be right.  you may need a bigger one.
