Womb ache
Has anyone experienced womb ache?
I miscarried last week at 11 weeks, I have now stopped bleeding but am experiencing some mild pain in lower abdomen, on and off and much worse when straining for the toilet even if just pushing for a wee. Anyone else had this? Is it just my womb readjusting?

If it persists I do plan on going to GP
