Period question

So I started my period on the 10th and it was kinda heavy the first day and no cramps. The second day it was much lighter and the third day it wasn’t enough to fill a tampon but was brown. Is it NORMAL to have low back pain after a period ends? I’ve had low back pain ever since it ended 🤭😬
