Im 5’ tall and weight 84lbs. Im 13w2d pregnant. I know i need to gain weight, i try and try. I eat nuts, cheese, stuff with bread, protein. I eat a good amount of food each day, i dont starve myself. But i just cant seem to gain weight or keep it if i do, its been like this for years. I have a really fast metabolism. Can people please help and give ideas of how to safely gain weight during pregnancy? Is there any shakes or protein powders that are safe? Any ideas are welcome. Please help,😔
