Barking dogs piss me the hell off. Half the time it's simply for walking down the stairs. And it's the smallest ones that are the most obnoxious.

I can handle crying babies any day... Barking dogs, now that annoys me. If my neighbors leave their dogs out to bark for over an hour I'll knock on their door and ask them to bring them in... If they don't do anything I'll call the mp's on them!

Babies. I can teach my dogs not to bark incessantly and not take them in places where they might get anxious or startled, but people take their crying babies everywhere. I sure as hell don't want to listen to your baby scream when I'm out to eat with my husband or anywhere for that matter.

When I first got married we had an apartment. And the downstairs neighbor had a little terrier that yapped incessantly ANY time I stepped out my door. We could not enjoy our balcony at all. We were there 2 yrs and my husband still makes jokes about "Heidi" that dog was so annoying. ( but more annoying that our neighbor did not care about anyone else's peace)
