Is it forced commentary or necessary? My BF is a manager and in turn has to communicate with employees, even ones that flirt and whatnot. He keeps it about work and if they try to move the topic to something else he either ignores it or says he'll bring me 🤷🏼‍♀️ I trust him so it doesn't bother me in regards to him. The females are the ones who bother me because they have the audacity to be that disrespectful since they know he is in a relationship.

I voted "yes" , but now after thinking about it, I feel that it depends on the circumstances. Do they work together? If so, then there really isn't anything that you can do other than to trust him. Now if that isn't the case and he is speaking with her by choice, then yeah, I think that is disrespectful toward your relationship. He wouldn't like it if the roles were reversed.
