Does doing IVF reduce your AFC and AMH even more? I ask because the ebook by advanced fertility solutions says that if you have low counts it will plunge you into even worse numbers and make you more infertile

Not sure if I have the answer for you but I had the same thoughts. My RE assured me. He said that each month you produce multiple follicles but they all compete to be the dominant one. The dominate one grows and is the one that releases an egg. With IVF, they grow all the follicles so they mature and produce eggs. Hope that helps!
