My 7 month old is eating stage 2 which in my opinion is still like stage 1 but anyways I tried feeding him those little yogurt melts for babies that can crawl since he has been sitting up, crawling everywhere and can even get himself in a sitting position from a crawl. He also eats mashed bananas pretty well. So I thought he was ready but I was wrong :( he choked I was so scared. How is he supposed to eat more solid foods when he chokes so easily? I don’t even want to try again until he’s past 1 because I am so scared. Was he not ready? Do babies choke often or did I do something wrong?
