Any experience with this??!!

In August I had a missed miscarriage, I was 9 weeks. Since then my periods have been every 24-28 days. This morning I got a positive pregnancy test... we were over the moon! Went and had blood work. The nurse called and said my level is only 2.4, that’s very low. Not even considered pregnant. Repeat the blood work on Monday. I’m so crushed.
