I like it but anyone who was old enough to remember the commercials for Cleo the psychic will probably initially associate her name with Cleo the psychic.
My husband calls our GPS Cleo (because she predicts the future)....so I personally associate Cleo with the GPS. 
The thing with names is if you love a name...use it.  Eventually people will associate Cleo with your Cleo.

I like both names but I don't think I like them together to be honest. It's your child and your choice though so if you love it then go for it.
