My boobs are hurting me bad. My bf said they were more firm and my nipples are always hard. Also around my nipple is shiny. I’ve had constant lower back aches and fatigue. I’m always tired too. What could this be?

No idea. There’s so many things it could be. I recommend buying a pregnancy test to rule that option out.

I got pregnant with an IUD so YES you can get pregnant on birth control. Take a test to so you know for sure either way.
