Belly measuring small?

This might be a dumb question 🤷‍♀️ but I’m 37 +3 and at my dr appointment today he measured my belly and it was measuring 34. Does your belly measure smaller once baby has dropped?

Did he use a measuring tape? They’re honestly not very accurate, baby has consistently been measuring three weeks behind for me. The ultrasound to confirm this shows she’s not behind at all lol. I wouldn’t worry

Yes. I had to go in for a growth scan at 37 weeks because they were worried about my small belly. Turns out the baby was measuring totally normal, but he was definitely head-down hiding in my pelvis.

My belly is measuring 3wks behind but dr said due to my small frame she’s not worried. I have a growth scan coming up and praying she’s measuring fine.
