if ur healthy and able to convince,  and Ur having sex every other day for at least one cycle,  chances are high, that u WILL conceive that first months. (this was told to me by my fertility specialist. my husband and I didn't want to ttc for a year before seeing a specialist and finding out I or he, has issues conceiving.  so we went to specialists BEFORE ttc. both of us got cleared at healthy and able to convince,  and was told to NOT track, not take opk tests, etc and to simply have sex every other day for at least two cycles, because we had all the chances in the world to get pregnant within those two cycles. we did that and got pregnant first month
