So confused please help

Okay so I had a miscarriage on November 18. Doctor gave the okay to try again.. I'm not sure when I ovulated because glow projected ovulation said one week then my opk tests said low. I entered that info and glow moved my ovulation day to last week. If I count out 28 days from the first day of miscarriage today would be the day AF should arrive.. but glow is telling me that I should expect AF in 10 days... today I'm freaking tired and my boobs are killing me!! am I setting myself up for disappointment thinking it could be pregnancy? Is it too soon to tell?? should I follow glow app and expect AF in 10 days??
