The other night I saw my boyfriend had messaged this girl we went to high school with. They used to be good friends before we got together and I think(not 100% sure) they had a thing together a while back. The message wasn’t even bad. He just told her he missed her, and that he’s proud of her for finally stopping her drug habit and that she’s turning her life around. (She just got out of rehab and is going back to college)

I got so upset!!!! He told me it was nothing to get so upset over and now I do feel really silly for getting so upset 😩 I am currently struggling with my insecurities since I’ve put on a lot of weight so that’s not helping. I really let my own insecurities get the best of me and now I feel guilty
